This is a fantastic recipe my mum's cook Kanchi gave me. She is from Nepal and has lived with us at my Mum's place for over 23 years. A great lady who took care of us as mum worked full time. 1/2, NA, 1 boneless pork
1 garlic clove
3/4 black peppercorns
4 cumin seed
1 -2 turmeric
1 fenugreek seeds

Grind the spices from the garlic to the fenugreek seeds in the vinegar and salt.

Slice the onion and saute in the oil till golden brown.
