  • 2 all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 baking powder

  • 2 honey

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 pure vanilla extract

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  10. Cut logs into 3/4-inch slices.

  11. Place slices in a single layer on the baking sheet, leaving space around each slice.

  12. Continue baking about 10-15 minutes or until desired crispness.

  13. Cool completely on a wire rack.
