1, NA, 12 garlic
1, NA, 1 lemon juice
1 lamb cutlets
1/4 dried herbs
1/2, NA, 1 white wine
of fresh mint

Mix the yogurt, garlic lemon juice and salt and pepper together.
Coat each cutlet in this mix, then dip in the breadcrumbs, patting on firmly.
Pre-heat your oven to 190c.
