  • 3 butter

  • 1 vanilla extract

  • 2 1/2 all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cream of tartar

  6. Form dough into walnut size balls.

  8. Do not flatten.

  9. Bake for about 11 minutes until the tops are cracked and just turning color.

  10. Cool on cookie sheet 2 minutes.
