Ingredients

  • 1 olive oil flavored cooking spray

  • 1 1/2 celery

  • 12 onions

  • 3 egg

  • 1 nonfat milk

  • 1 -2 nonfat chicken broth

  • 2 cornbread stuffing mix

  • 1 pecan pieces

  • 8 fresh sage leaves

  • 1 salt

  • 1/2 fresh ground black pepper

  • 3 poultry seasoning

Directions: How to Make Holiday Pecan Stuffing

  1. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray.

  10. (This can be done several hours in advance or overnight and refrigerate. Coat a 11 x 17 baking dish with cooking spray and fill with the stuffing.

  11. Spray the top of stuffing with cooking spray before baking.

  12. Bake in 350 degree oven 30 to 40 minutes, until top is brown and center is firm.
