Ingredients

  • 1 margarine

  • 2 butter

  • 2 water

  • 1 eggs

  • 2 vanilla

  • 1/2 baking soda

  • 1 1/2 milk

  • 2 white vinegar

  • 2 white flour

  • 1/2 granulated sugar

  • salt

Directions: How to Make Choosey Cake

  1. Cut margarine into chunks in medium saucepan.

  2. Add water and cocoa.

  3. Heat, stirring oftern until mixture comes to a boil.

  7. Mix.

  8. Stir milk and vinegar together in small cup let stand for 5 minutes to sour.

  12. Add flour, sugar and salt.

  13. Beat on low to mix, Batter will be thin.

  14. Turn into 2 greased 8 inch (20cm round cake pans., Bake in 350 F (175 C oven for about 20 minutes until wooden pick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  15. Cool, and ice as you please.

  16. VARIATION: Works well as a slab cake pour batter into greased 9 x 13 inch (22 x 33 cm pan.

  17. Bake in 350 F (175 C oven for about 30 minutes.
