  • 2 French baguettes

  • 2 olive oil

  • 2 1/2 garlic

  • 1 red wine vinegar

  • 8 red onion

  • 2 pitted ripe olives

  • 6 1/2 tomatoes

  • 4 tuna

  • fresh basil

  • parsley

  1. Tear off plastic wrap large enough to enclose sandwich.

  2. Sprinkle bread (halved with olive oil; then rub with garlic, and top with a sprinkling of vinegar.

  4. Smash top down and wrap in plastic.

  5. Marinate sandwich 45 minutes in wrap before serving.

  6. Note: Sandwich is supposed to be wet.
