  • 1 1/2 olive oil

  • 3/4 leeks

  • 1/2 carrot

  • 1/2 celery

  • 1 fresh green beans

  • 1 green pepper

  • 1/2 zucchini

  • 1/4 water

  • 1/2 parsley

  • 5 green lentil

  • 1/4 garlic

  • 1/2 dried basil

  • 1 salt

  7. Add green beans, zucchini, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  8. Return to a boil and simmer 5 minutes longer or until vegetables are tender., Serve.
