I stole this simple but yummy recipe from Jaspinder (my friend's brother-in-law). I vaguely watched what he was doing but have guessed at exactly what he used and how he did it.

This time, I'm going to do something a little different. This is going to be delicious. Prepare the ingredients before making Indian Egg Rolls in your home. Then, follow these steps below to serve Indian Egg Rolls for your family or friends.


  • 4 eggs

  • 1/3 milk

  • 2 onion

  • 1 cardamom powder

  • 1 garlic powder

  • 1/2 salt

  • 1 pepper

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Indian Egg Rolls in your home by yourself.

Directions: How to Make Indian Egg Rolls

  1. For each egg roll wrapper, heat 1/2 tbsp oil in frying pan over med-high heat.

  2. Place an egg roll wrapper in the pan and let it brown lightly.

  3. Flip and brown lightly on the other side.

  4. Remove from pan and set aside.

  5. Lightly beat the eggs and mix in the onion, milk and spices.

  6. For each egg roll wrapper, pour about 1/3 cup of egg mixture into the frying pan.

  7. When the egg mixture starts to cook, place a wrapper on top of it.

  8. When the egg is nearly cooked, flip the wrapper/egg over and cook for a few seconds., Repeat a couple of times.

  9. Remove the wrapper/egg and roll it up with the wrapper on the outside of the roll.
