  • 2 fresh carrots

  • 1/2 fresh mushrooms

  • 1/2 roasted peanuts

  • 2 dry sherry

  • 1 soy sauce

  • 1 black and red pepper blend

  • 3/4 ginger

  • 1 garlic

  • 1 paprika

  1. Cut steak into bite-sized strips.

  2. Steam carrots until tender.

  5. Stir-fry carrots, pea pods and mushrooms until crisp-tender.

  6. Remove from wok.

  7. Stir-fry beef, push to side.

  8. Warm sauce in center of wok.

  9. Stir in vegetables and beef, add peanuts.
