  • 1 all-purpose flour

  • 1 baking powder

  • 1 baking soda

  • 1/2 salt

  • 1/3 granulated sugar

  • 3 light brown sugar

  • 2/3 maple syrup

  • 3 butter

  • 1 1/4 eggs

  • buttermilk
