3 barley malt
2 whole wheat flour
1/4 white flour
1 1/2 vital wheat gluten
2 baking soda

Bake in a 350 oven for 30- 35 minutes or until fully baked.
For an instant proofer, heat 1 cup water in microwave for 1 minute.
