  • 2 salt

  • 1 fresh ground pepper

  • 3 all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 unsalted butter

  • 3/4 onions

  • 1 -2 dried thyme

  • 1 beer

  • 1/2 cornstarch

  • 1 water

  • white wine vinegar

  • cider vinegar

  • fresh parsley

  1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper and dredge with flour, shaking off the excess.

  5. Dissolve the cornstarch in the water and add it to the sauce. Stirring constantly, bring to a quick boil to thicken. Remove from the heat and stir in the vinegar. Adjust the seasoning. Spoon the onion over the pork chops, sprinkle with parsley, and serve.
