  • 1/4 salt

  • 1 pepper

  • 1 oregano

  • 2 ground cumin

  • 1/4 garlic cloves

  • 1/4 lime juice

  • 1 onion

  • 1 olive oil

  10. Cover skillet, reduce heat to very low and simmer for 20 minutes.
