  1. Preheat oven to 350°F Line a 12 cup muffin pan with nonstick parchment or silicone liners, or butter generously.

Remove from pan by running a rubber spatula around edge. Serve hot., COOKING TIP: Muffins can be cooled, wrapped and refrigerated for up to 2 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in microwave on MEDIUM (50% power for 1-2 minutes.
