8 mushroom caps
1/2 sausage meat
1 small onion
2 garlic clove
1/2 fresh parsley
1/4, NA, 4 dried thyme
1/2 dried tarragon

Sprinkle over the stuffed mushrooms and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the tops are nicely browned.
