  • 4 fresh shrimp

  • 4 flour

  • 1/2 olive oil

  • 1 shallot

  • 4 onion

  • 1/8 dried celery flakes

  • 1 okra

  8. when done, add 1 tbsp gumbo file to the pot.

  9. server over steaming rice. season to taste.
